DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
Jase Lucas is a career communicator who is passionate about innovating the world of public relations by embracing Excellence in digital storytelling. Since its inception, he has served as the Founder & CEO of the Excellence Agency, providing a unique Zillenial worldview to LA’s first AI-inclusive PR firm.

With over 10 years of work in digital marketing and publicity, Jase’s experiences span the fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment industries with leading brands like Live Nation, White Fox, CELSIUS, ColourPop, JustFab, and more. With an extensive background launching digital influencer and affiliate programs, his mission is to incorporate the best practices of traditional PR into the modern platforms that have been revolutionized by social media. Beyond his work with globally renowned organizations, Jase also has a history of securing media features, multi-million-dollar collaborations, and brand deals for his increasingly exclusive list of VIP connections.

In addition to his work at The Excellence Agency, Jase is passionate about good coffee, advocating for marginalized groups (especially the LGBTQIA+ community), and his faith. He is a families minister, and lives in Los Angeles with his boyfriend and two cats.

Mark Stephenson, Founder & COO of The Excellence Agency, is on a mission to help clients embrace their Excellence through public relations.

Mark is a creative hyphenate, known for his work in the world of theater and entertainment. With over 60 leading roles, Mark has proven his talent as an actor, writer, and director. He's a proudly recognized member of SAG-AFTRA since 1987 and currently serves on the board of directors for a Los Angeles theater company while also hosting Our Story: The Podcast on the Harmony Podcast Network. In the business and nonprofit sectors, Mark has spent the past 28 years fine-tuning his expertise in business administration, financial management, contracts, and negotiations.

Beyond his professional life, Mark's commitment to making a positive impact shines through his extensive volunteer work including leading hurricane recovery efforts in New Jersey and a post-earthquake rebuilding initiative in Haiti. He is passionate about world travel and is a man of strong faith. Outside of his work, Mark is a community advocate, LGTBQIA+ ally, and social justice proponent.
